Holiday Fun Crushed Glass/Mosaic Craft & Sip at The Exibit Art Gallery
Thursday November 12, 2026 from 6:30-8:30pm
Location: The Exibit Fine Art Gallery
315 Bedford Rd A, Morris, IL 60450
Gather your friends and spend the evening laughing and crafting with Happy Daisy Art Studio! Sip on wine or your drink of choice (BYOB) and learn to make an awesome piece of Crushed Glass Resin Art or a Mosaic Design. We will use the Rustic White 11x14 inch frames for the glass and a 9x12 Wood Board for the mosaic. I’ll have outlines of these fun designs on-hand for you to choose from, or you can create any design you want! I can help sketch something for you! For the mosaics, I will have lots of colors of sheet glass as well as mosaic tiles, glass beads, and crushed glass can be used too. The grout can’t be added until the adhesive fully dries, wait 2 days for the adhesive to cure. You can purchase cement grout at hardware stores or Amazon has some nice premixed options. There’s some pretty glitter grout options too on Amazon. See the picture for the name. For the crushed glass frames, I will have lots of colors of crushed glass, glitter, and some costume jewelry to add. You can also bring your own crystals and jewelry additions too!
Artist/Owner Jillianne Renee will guide you every step of the way. Get creative with your design and have fun with it! Send me a text to 630-448-2278 to let me know which design outline you want and your majority glass/tile color preference. We will add resin lastly to finish the project! Have space in your car to transport your frame flat in the trunk or on the floor. The resin for the crushed glass frames will still be wet, put a trash bag or towel down to protect your car. The resin doesn’t move much once it’s setting.
Tickets are $65- for the crushed glass frame and $75- for the mosaic wood board. They must be purchased to save your seat! Click the ticket link to pay with any Credit Card. Or call Jillianne at 630-448-2278.
